There are lots of campsite options near the north east peninsula of Upper Green River lake.
Technically, this popular horse packer campsite is is not "legal" in that it is too close to the river.
There are numerous horse packer campsites here on the peninsula
The blow down between the peninsula and the actual Higline Trail/CDT is significant!
This looks navigable from the trail
It is very "tundra like" with lots of bog and holes
Clear Lake creek as it flows in to Lower Green River lake.
