Attempting to unscrew the shower drain without an appropriate sized set of channel locks.
A chisel on the brass ring was what worked. This shower was a salvage unit that came out of
a rather expensive house. I had insisted that I wanted a shower that was fully enclosed, and
this one was everything I wanted. It also came with corrugated fiberglass flooring, so I did
not need to do any support tricks for the drain area.
A solar shower bag works great until we get the shower plumbed in.
It is quite amazing how much of a shower you can get from a gallon of water
when you keep the flow rate to a minimum.
