Poly tarp billowing out from the fan/heater that is in the bottom of the trench in an attempt
to keep the cement and blocks from freezing.
I decided to rebar and fill many of the holes in the wall.
I was surprised at how many different people who seemed knowledgable about construction
had differing opinions about how much rebar to use and how many block holes to fill with
concrete. I opted for about every thrid hole.
